"Spent Christmas in Los Suites, felt like a 4-5 star hotel. The staff is super nice, we cooked Christmas dinner and we borrowed an extra pan and pepper from the front desk. "This hotel is literally under construction. It's a series of prefab bungalows that have been slapped together with tape and glue. do not trust the photos. The hot tubs are empty, everything is falling apart and the couches are disgusting. The hot water heaters barely work and only for about 3 minutes.
