"My wife and I loved our stay at the Kagabi Yuzen townhouse! We stayed for a few days and it was a wonderful location to walk from to get around Kanazawa, which ended up being our favorite city during our trip around Japan. The property itself was very cozy. The beds and sitting areas were very comfy. The bathrooms and toilets were very well maintained and easy to use. The air conditioning was great and plentiful in all of the rooms where we needed it. "Lovely 2 floors apartment, very comfortable and spars, so nicely decorated and very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay there. The only lack is that the stairs to the upper floor are narrow and steep. The owner is nice and helpful, he offered us to send our luggage. He is always available for phone calls ( no WhatsApp). You can also reach him by mail."

"Beautiful traditional accommodation in historical district of Kanazawa. Very comfortable accommodation. Weather in Kanazawa was inclement and perhaps we should have been warned to bring umbrellas offered by the accommodation. Minor detail but otherwise the staff were super helpful and friendly. Such a beautiful accomodation, loved the stay and would return again. The streets are narrow so the taxis/ cars can only drop you at the closest side street, not at the front door. "Property owner was amazing and very accommodating. It was a lovely vacation rental and we only wish we had more days to enjoy. The air conditioning worked very well. We took advantage of the excellent location to walk around the city. There was plenty of space for a family. Thanks for an amazing stay!"

"The property was very clean and the communication was excellent! They responded very quickly when we had issues (check in, resolved quickly, user error) I will say that the space was a little difficult with 8 people there. I would suggest no more than 5."

"This charming apartment is within walking distance of many attractions and an easy bus ride to others. We loved everything about it except for the steep stairs that lead to the second floor sleeping area. There isn't a bathroom on this floor so it can feel a bit treacherous using the bathroom in the middle of the night. "

"If say it's a hotel, rather say it's an apartment. Basically you take the whole apartment yourself, good for family to stay together. Staff is nice and happy to welcome everyone. Nice view from top of the hotel and close to other major spots"

"We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. We especially enjoyed the peaceful night in our surroundings :) In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that! Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and I've already rated Kazueya 5 stars on Expedia!"

"Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities in Kanazawa Our stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Kanazawa was wonderful, and we’d love to return for a longer visit next time! The hotel was clean, modern, and well-equipped, with spacious rooms (by Japan standards), “western style” bathrooms, and thoughtful amenities, including a full set of toiletries. They also have make and female onsens (public bathhouse), and offers baggage transport assistance, which was incredibly convenient for onward travel. The on-site shabu-shabu restaurant and breakfast buffet were excellent, but dinner reservations are highly recommended as the restaurant fills up quickly. While they serve alcohol, note that the hotel does not have a dedicated bar. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay with helpful staff and excellent facilities—perfect for travelers wanting both convenience and relaxation in Kanazawa!"
