"Despite signs all over Janske Lazne advertising a free ski pass with room. this hotel does not offer guests a free ski pass to those guests who book their room through Expedia. Kind of frustrating to find out after waiting in line at the gondola only to be denied entry. But other than these this “flaw”, the hotel is modern and offers a very nice breakfast buffet. "

"Es war einfach zauberhaft, genau was ich erwartet habe. Die Vermieter sind super nett und alles ist so herrlich unkompliziert. Als Stadtmensch hat man ganz vergessen wie schön es ist, morgens kurz aus dem Bett zu klettern und den Ofen in die Gänge zu bringen. Das Ferienhaus ist so liebevoll eingerichtet, dass es eher wie ein kleines Museum anmutet. "Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Für Kinder sind viele Tiere auf der Anlage und ein schöner Spielplatz. Der Frühstückservice war nicht OK, weil Bestellungen nicht ankamen. Auch die Mülltonne wurde nur sporadisch geleert vor dem Haus. Laut der Chefin liegt dies wohl an der an dem fehlenden Personal. Sonst alles gut und zu empfehlen."
