Ok for one night.
Had to wait 2 hours to check in. System was down for several hours. Finally, she gave us the key to get into the room. Hours later, system still down. Otherwise, hotel was good.

Staff muy amable y servicial, desayuno bueno, muy buena opción tener disponible 24 hrs café y té, hace falta poner atención a la limpieza, no limpian bien los pisos, las primeras 3 noches todo bien y después regresamos 2 noches mas y la última noche salio una pequeña cucaracha en el baño, ya era madrugada y no pedi cambio pero si avise a recepción al salir, inmediatamente tomo anotaciones la recepcionista, pero sin duda si regresaría, esta céntrico y tiene buenas opciones de comida alrededor
