"The house and garden were really pleasant to stay in. We particularly enjoyed the enclosed, very private and well-kept garden and the lovely thrushes on the lawn in the evening. Maria José the owner is delightful - friendly, efficient and brimming over with knowledge and enthusiasm about the area. There was a puzzling shortage of basic kitchen equipment - wine glasses and bowls in very short supply! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We had a very pleasant week here despite mixed weather. The large living/dining room was perfect for family meals, chilling and playing games. Lovely large garden. Local walks and trips to Ponteverde and Illas Cies. "

"Agréable jardin, la maison est fonctionnelle mais il y a une odeur d'humidité a l'intérieur même en aérant. Manque des ustensiles de cuisine pas de casserole pas de fourchette aucun produits menager liqude vaisselle savon....juste le stricte minimum. L'hôte est tres accueillante. Si on ne contacte pas la propriétaire pour savoir ou se trouve la maison il est pas possible de la trouver. Il faudrait mettre le non de la maison a l'entrée de garage."

"We had the most wonderful holiday at this lovely farmhouse. with a special bonus of the generosity and care of the lovely couple who owned the property. We were welcomed by Maricarmen who proceded to show us round the house with beautiful linen on the beds and perfectly ironed spare bedlinen in the wardrobes as we were staying for two weeks. next we were introduced to the chickens in the corner of the garden who produced organic eggs for us and ample veg. & fruit in the garden. it was lovely and...

"Fabulous house set in a breathtaking location, only minutes from Portosin and great stunning beaches. House was well equipped and very comfortable. Bedrooms were a good size, bathrooms clean with powerful showers. View from the roof top terrace was beautiful and especially good for star gazing. We enjoyed many meals under the kiwi vine and felt we had a lot of privacy that allowed us to switch off and enjoy our holiday. "The home was beautiful and confortable. Fran was bery nice and brought his daughter to help with English. The only drawback was location. It was not convenient to Santiago because getting a taxi was hard. Taxis from Santiago woild not come to us and were not familiar with the address. Fran helped order a local taxi for us. It was easier once we had a car. If you are doing the Camino stay in Santiago downtown. If you want a peaceful country setting, this home is good."
