"We are a group of 5 ladies who have been friends for 35 years and love our weekends away . Rye is a fabulous place and the house in a perfect location in Rye. The house has been decorated and designed so well with plenty of space for 5.Maybe a little snug in the sitting room but we managed to get cosy. "We loved the huge and interesting house and garden It was better equipped than any other house we had stayed in - especially the kitchen. Parking arrangements are good. The village has a choice of food shops within walking distance. The sea is close. We would have liked the house to have been warmed up and aired a little before our arrival but that’s a small grumble. We really enjoyed our stay there - it worked very well for us. We could be both together and separate !"

"Party of 11 hired the house for the weekend. Location was great, right on the beach. House was as described, everything you needed was here. Enough room for us all. Monika was readily available for any questions we had. Check in was smooth. Local restaurants were good, we did book in advance. Would definitely stay here again. easy"

"Overall good with one caveat and a slight disappointment. The house was very comfortable to live in for a week, very well equipped, lovely lounge, comfortable kitchen, conservatory and outside space for all the family. The one issue for us were the quality of the mattresses. The upstairs main bedroom was way too soft,and the downstairs front bed also too soft. The other issue, not to do with the property was there was a warning on the beach not to go into the water because of poor water...
