"First off this hotel is in the middle of no mans land. We drove forever trying to find it. Now we needed a one night stay for an airport transfer next morning bad idea! The place itself looked amazing if you were to go stay there for a few days and enjoy the activities. We got there late (not their fault) and were not close to the airport. Bad decision on my part. Staff was super sweet and understanding of my issues. "

"The property owners showed lack of professionalism. I booked through Expedia.com and made payment but when I got to the property I was told they were fully booked yet I had travelled over 200km.They grudgingly refunded me but I felt I was treated unfairly as they did not consider the inconvenience caused, my fuel etc but gave me exact amount yet I had also incurred some transaction charges."
