asa Camelia ist eine sonnige, gemütliche und stilvolle 3,5-Zimmer-Wohnung (90m2) in der Residenz "Camelia" in Contra, oberhalb von Tenero. Casa Camelia liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist zentral gelegen. Von Ihrer überdachten Terrasse aus können Sie die schöne Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore genießen. Die Residenz "Camelia", in der sich die Wohnung befindet, ist von viel Grün umgeben und liegt in der Nähe von schönen Wanderwegen.
Es steht Ihnen ein großer Swimmingpool (15x6m) zur Verfügung mit einem kleinen Teil des Pools, der ideal für kleine Kinder ist.
Bitte beachten Sie: Das Schwimmbad ist NICHT beheizt und ist NICHT das ganze Jahr in Betrieb. Normalerweise ist er von ca. Mitte Mai bis Mitte Oktober in Betrieb, aber BITTE ERKLÄREN SIE SICH VOR ABSCHLUSS IHRER BUCHUNG ERST MIT UNS.
Raumaufteilung: Schönes Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und Ausgang zur Terrasse, ein Schlafzimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, zwei Bäder, Eingangshalle.
Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Keller vorhanden.
Ideale Belegung: 2-4 Personen.
Leider sind in Casa Camelia keine Haustiere erlaubt.
Rauchen ist in der Casa Camelia nicht erlaubt. Auf der Terrasse ist das Rauchen erlaubt.
Casa Camelia verfügt über einen überdachten Stellplatz auf der Rampe (1,70 x 2,00 x 5,00 m). Es sind auch Besucherparkplätze vorhanden.

Sehr schöne, moderne, saubere und geräumige Ferienwohnung in letzter Reihe am Hügel neben dem Eingang zum Verzascataltal. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. In der Realität wirkt die Wohnung, speziell der Wohn-Ess-Kochbereich nochmal größer und luftiger als auf den Fotos.

Kein von der Wohnung aus direkt erreichbarer Wanderweg für Untrainierte. Parkmöglichkeit nur für kleinere Autos tauglich und gewöhnungsbedürftig.
