"Great hotel that is right next to the best base area at zao onsen resort! The junior suite was incredible, I really liked the Japanese styling with full western amenities. It was extremely spacious and having two in room ac units for the living room and bedroom was great. We never ate dinner at the hotel but my sister and I both really enjoyed the breakfast buffet both days we had it. Additionally despite a language barrier I found the service to be excellent.
