Hideaway farm cottage in walking distance of Coast Path & Manorbier Village

An idyllic 2 bedroom cottage near to breath-taking beaches with enclosed quaint patio garden and parking all set in the grounds of a 250 year old farm house with a long history in the quiet, seaside village of Manorbier.
Colby cottage is set in 10 acres of rolling grounds which have wonderful sea views of both Manorbier and Skrinkle bay. A short walk through the meadow will bring you within a stones throw of the village of Manorbier where you can find an excellent shop, handy post office, relaxed pub and delightful tea rooms including a beautiful seaside gift shop. Manorbier is a village with a wealth history, also featuring a beautiful castle with spectacular views of the bay, a picturesque church and not forgetting the stunning, secluded beach with parking in walking distance.
It is just 4 miles to the historic walled town of Tenby, with a bus service running near-by, all amenities can be acquired from here with a wide variety of restaurants, pubs, cafes, shops and a supermarket available. Pembrokeshire boasts a wealth of other beautiful beaches and places of interest including Bosherston Lily Ponds and Pembroke Castle all just a short drive away and not forgetting the enormous variety of fun days out on offer for the family including, Folly Farm, Manor Park, Heatherton, the Dinosaur Park and Oakwood.

The cottage is named after the peaceful woodland gardens of Colby. It encaptures the calmness of the woodland environment, with thoughtfully collected features, locally sourced art and decorations. It is a centrally heated 2 bedroom barn conversion with an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. There is an enclosed, gated, beautiful garden with patio, furniture and barbeque to the front of the property. Entrance is into a welcoming hallway with a door leading off to the lounge and kitchen. The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and slim line dishwasher. A cosy lounge with TV (freeview) and DVD has views out onto the garden area. Two double bedrooms one with double bed and one with a full sized single bed and a full sized single built-in raised bed, all with excellent quality bed linen provided and made up for your arrival. The Family bathroom has an elegant drench shower, toilet, sink and heated towel rail. The whole cottage has been thoughtfully redecorated and designed this year (2018) to create an idyllic hideaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage in Manorbier! The cottage was tidy and spotless and had everything you could need.The welcome pack and the box of toys for the children was a lovely extra surprise. We just wished we could have stayed for longer! Thank you.

Immaculate cottage in a great location
Really enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed and the cottage was beautiful. Perfect for evening strolls to the local pub (excellent chips) and ideally located for exploring the coastal path. My first visit to Pembrokeshire and I will definitely be back soon.

We had a great time staying here. The cottage was restored to a great standard. Super easy check in and check out process and in a great location so that you can visit plenty of places. Enjoyed the ability to walk down to Manorbier and the beach with the dog. Have recommended to all our friends.

Both myself and my son had a wonderful relaxing stay at the cottage. A perfect base for exploring surrounding attractions , coastline and beaches. You could easily walk to at least two beaches from the cottage itself, the cottage was immaculate throughout.

Colby Cottage
Spent a week in the Colby cottage, lovely and peaceful property, very nice hosts. The property is very well situated, near Manorbier, Tenby, Saundersfoot etc. and very good for exploring other nearby sites. We will recommend anyone to visit these cottages.

A lovely Cottage
Everything that was shown and discribed in the booking was spot on very clean tidy and all the of very good quality. Both really enjoyed our stay nice comfy beds and such a lovely quite location. 5 star rating out of 5 from us shame about the Pembrokeshire weather over our 3 nights stay but did not stop us doing anything 👍👍👍👍👍

We really liked Colby Cottage. It was cosy and well equipped, very nicely decorated and spotless. The location was fantastic, walking distance to Manorbier and easy to find. If we had one niggle, the pillows were a little firm for our taste, but otherwise everything was excellent and we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
