"The staff are incredibly rude here. We arrived and they said that we have booked a room with a shared bathroom (my booking made no mention of this) but she said they didn’t have any shared bathrooms left so she would put us in a private for one night and the next night we would need to swap. "We loved it here. Such an amazing place. It’s remote, but the signage was good and our driver found it. Probably best to get there during the day. We took a chocolate making class and went on the night walk in the jungle. It is an eco resort, so don’t expect hot showers, which is usually a deal breaker for me.
