"This place is an excellent oppportunity to get away from the bustle of the city and relax in a country-like atmosphere that is still very close to the amenities of town. The views from the property were beautiful. The hosts, Des & Susanne, are incredibly friendly and helpful. This atmosphere creates an excellent and authentic Irish experience for travellers. Breakfast was excellent. I would definately stay here again. "

"Had a little issue finding the place. There is 2 different addresses on Google Maps for it. Be sure to use the Guest Accommodation address to get to the right spot. Otherwise all went well! "

"We had a very warm welcome. We stayed in a comfortable family room that worked well for our family trip as 3 adults. The stay was very good value and we enjoyed the breakfast. Also appreciated having a kettle in the room. The location was very convenient for visiting Waterford and Tramore. Would recommend!"

"Nice place but after 10 or 11 at night the owners really don't any noise what so ever..if you want to go for a night out and come back late or want to watch TV late or go out after 11 for cigarette.. you'll be approached by either Avery or Niamh and basically told keep it down so I felt uncomfortable during my stay and wouldn't return..stayed 4 days and the room wasn't serviced once..I had to go downstairs and ask for more toilet roll..towels which is unacceptable "

"we stayed twice, once on day of arrival in Ireland and once on day of leaving. The only problem was that we arrived late at night and it was very difficult to find in the dark as there was no sign visible from the main road. We had to rely on someone from the garage next door to direct us. On our second visit we found it easily of course. Some sort of lighting by the entrance at night would be helpful. "

"Kingdom View is about 10-15 minutes drive outside Waterford. It's in the country and away from lots of traffic noise and other hustle and bustle but near enough to visit Waterford and other surrounding attractions."
