"For my second stay within a year; it’s the theme of my trip; I’m grateful…and appreciative. However, on the site upon booking; I’m not sure if I remember reading that:@ the Hotel there is a prerequisite, where the hotel/management patrons are required to leave their credit cards credentials will be on hold for 10 business days after determining the validity/ non smoking etc and no damages to the premises.."

"Did not contact me to tell me reservation had been canceled at 5:30pm due to plumbing issue, which happens. I arrived at midnight and was told this. Did not get voucher from Hotels.com except for $25. Then got scammed by ReservationStays at 1:30am. Had to pay again when arrived at another hotel who knew nothing about new reservation. Now fighting card charge after ruined night of sleep. "

"The room I was provided looked nothing like the one in the photo. The carpet was dirty, there were roaches present, the room did not have a table similar to the one in the photo, the bathroom did not even have a roll of toilet paper. When I asked for extra towels, we were told none were available. Like the old saying goes, 'you get what you pay for'."

"Nice little house with lots of room. Sleeps at least 8 people. The house seems to be a work in process, as missing handles, caulking the bathroom floor etc. Was clean, only one room has closet space. Needed more dishes, pot holders and to go through their shelves. Advertised as pet friendly for both cats and dogs, however a day before we arrived we got instructions to keep the pets off the furniture, not sure how you do that with cats. If we had known this we would have booked else where."
