Right from check in to check out, we were treated exceptionally courteously by each and every staff member with always a smile on their faces. We had a steak dinner and drinks at their rooftop lounge and the steak was prepared exactly to the specs we had asked for. Next day we took a free shuttle to the airport. "Online pictures not accurately show what rooms are really like. Room was very dirty with remains of clothes from previous occupants bathroom was not clean. Terrible musty smell and the same when provided other room and bed sheets and comforter dirty and stained "

"Basic room. Sheets and walls had a number of dirt stains (having stayed in other similar Indonesian hotels before, this seems kinda common), also the room had a number of ants here and there. However this was made up by the great service and location. There are a number of eateries right outside the hotel, also Malioboro Mall was like maybe a minute's walk away. Extremely convenient. Would stay again. "

"Definitely a budget standard room. Towels were awful, thin, not fluffy, grey, worn out, frayed edges. Need renewing desperately. Bugs flying around lamps in restaurant, had to stop staff from spraying insecticide during our dinner. Fridge in room wasn't a fridge but a storage for snacks. Unbelievable as it's blowing warm air inside false fridge. So go figure. Took a while to eventually change faulty safe in room, wasn't screwed down. Ordered a seafood soup dish for dinner but no seafood, only...
