- An optional 6th bedroom (a 1-bedroom casita with a bathroom and kitchenette) that can accommodate up to 4 additional guests is available for an additional cost of $125 per night for the entirety of your stay. Please call us after completing your reservation to book it.
- This home features 2 sleeper sofas and 4 single/twin cots for additional sleeping arrangements.
- Bedroom 5 can only be accessed through the backyard.
- Le Grand Bleu offers a giant Salt Water Pool! It takes a lot of time and propane to heat the pool up to 84 degrees but it's definitely worth it! For this reason, Pool Heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
- Pool heat is $350/night in the winter.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September).
- Le Grand Bleu offers a Large Spa that accommodates up to 15! Spa heat is $100/day.
- Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival.
- This home has a two-story layout.
- Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.
- Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, over-occupancy, or excess vehicles.
- Le Grand Bleu does not have a license to host formal events such as weddings. However, guests can celebrate informal events such as wedding rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, private family photoshoots, and such. Guests need to contact and let us know about this 72 hours prior to checking in.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited.
- The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons.
- Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
