The villa boasts a completely enclosed backyard, a private pool with an attached hot tub, loungers, and an outdoor shower. A grill and alfresco dining set the scene for home cookouts, while a cozy firepit invites fireside chats under the stars. Added highlights include a bocce ball court and a playset. At the casita, find a private hot tub, an outdoor lounge area, and a covered patio with a grill and alfresco dining. Enjoy a game of pickleball out on the private court!

The pickleball court set within the villa and casita will provide hours of fun for you and your group. The wide open skies and spacious surroundings make it a great location for enjoying the great outdoors.

A masterpiece of style and design, the spacious villa showcases a gourmet kitchen with upscale stainless steel appliances. A large granite island with an additional sink offers plenty of prep space, while an office nook to the side creates the perfect spot to research recipes. Two dining areas offer ample space to enjoy home-cooked delicacies. Find an inviting living area with a wood-burning fireplace on each side of the kitchen. Enjoy family movie nights in the home theater - complete with a wet bar and a mini-fridge. Or spend time together in the converted garage, which includes a pool table, arcade game, and fitness equipment.

Located next to the fitness/game room, the primary suite wows with a sofa, smart TV, office nook, and direct access to the pool. The spa-like en suite bathroom includes a clawfoot tub and a separate shower. Five additional bedrooms promise a restful stay, one of which includes an en suite bathroom. Two full bathrooms and a half bath add convenience.

Professionally designed, the casita offers a pristine chef's kitchen with sleek granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A dining table and kitchen bar provide plenty of space to dine together. Stream favorite shows on the smart TV in the living area, or plan your day's adventures at the adjacent desk. Two bedrooms each offer a vanity that can double as a desk, while a full bathroom rounds out the space.

THINGS TO KNOW
The private pool is not heated.
The casita is completely detached from the main home rental, located on the lower half of the oversized parcel.
The villa and casita each have a private washer/dryer.
The bunk room in the villa offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed in addition to the double bed.
The primary suite fireplace in the villa is not operable.
Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
