This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home is nestled in the heart of the Wine Country with only a 4 minute drive to South Coast Winery! The master bedroom w/queen bed, own full bath is spacious and opens to a patio with a hot tub, which allows you to enjoy the beautiful views of Temecula Valley while sipping on your favorite wine. Two additional bedrooms on the other side of the home both with queen beds, full bathroom directly in front of them. The private back yard is quiet and perfect for enjoying morning coffee while watching hot air balloons fly over the sunrise. So come and see why this Villa will make a Perfect Getaway for a small family, group or couples retreat!

Lovely home in wine country

Quiet place

Nice home and beautiful view of the rolling hills from the backyard. John was very accommodating and informative with great communication. This was my second time staying at one of his properties and I’ll definitely be back again.

Amazing view- cute place

Perfect place for a few couples to stay. Loved the view. Very easy to sit on the patio with a glass of wine and very conveniently located to wine tastings about seven minutes away. Living room is comfortable with a switch to turn on the fireplace. Perfect for the cooler months.

Excellent family stay - close to everything!!

We traveled with our family ages 26-75 to visit with our son and brand new baby granddaughter. The place was absolutely perfect and John was fabulous to work with. The house has everything you need and lots of room to visit. It is clean and well maintained. We will definitely come here again. I highly reccommend any of John’s properties.

Girls Wine Weekend.

Had a very relaxing time with a group of 6 women. Fun games outside and using the jacuzzi. Beautiful views and nice area to walk. Would be helpful if house has address numbers on it.

Perfect Temecula Getaway

From making our reservation right through to checkout - our experience was seamless. Property is in a quiet, picturesque location with easy access to all of Temeculas conveniences and attractions. Gorgeous stay in Temecula

This home gets top marks for all the important points - John was amazingly responsive throughout, the house is gorgeous and the setting spectacular. We would 100% stay there again if the opportunity arises. Note that the house is adjacent to another rental property and we had an issue with late night noise - however John assured me that the guests were told in no uncertain terms that the county takes its noise ordinances very seriously. We had no other noise issues except for the barking dog. I guess indoor dog barking is not bad enough to warrant action. But honestly, the stay was so great and I felt bad saying anything - I'm sure the owner would have done something about it if I'd mentioned it. And in general, there was a lot of neighborhood dog barking. Just something to bear in mind.

We really enjoyed our stay, we found a few basic’s missing. No Kleenex, lack of instructions on appliances, Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer, & Heater. Toilets need updating. Overall great place.

Nestled in wine country

This house made our recent trip to Temecula spectacular. The views are beautiful and it is just minutes to more vineyards than you could possibly visit. Also maybe 10 minutes to groceries and we were able to eat many meals in. Very clean. Would definitely recommend for a group.

Great Wine Country House

This property was fantastic. Fabulous views of the rolling hills. You could see for miles around. It was amazing that everything in the house was labeled, from the lights to all the cabinets and drawers. This should be a Vrbo standard for all rental houses. You weren't opening every drawer and flipping every light switch to find what you wanted. John the property manager met us at the property to hand us the keys and answer any questions. This was very professional. The house was very comfortable and well appointed. Very conveniently located to all the valley wineries. We would recommend it to anyone and would be our first choice for our next visit to Temecula.

Relaxation at it’s finest

The peaceful yard and the fun wildlife we watched in the canyon. Loved the hammock and the bench outside. The house was so very comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the hot tub to wind down at the end of the night. Easy to find and not too far off the beaten path. Wish we had more time for the games. Only thing I couldn’t find were POT HOLDERS, but there were plenty of towels to substitute. FIVE STARS FROM OUR FAMILY!!

Fantastic home in the middle of wine country

House was clean and had everything you needed while you spent your time there. Everything was well taken care of and there weren't any issues. Enjoyed sitting out in the hot tub after a day of wine tasting!!!
