I would like to especially praise Hanna, the hotel employee who met me on the very first day and met me in the room. She was very kind and sincere in everything until the last thing she did for me ❤️ The restaurant staff Suta, Tria, Adid, Desa were also very kind and attentive. I would also like to note Kartika. "Great stay at the Oculus hotel. Food and facilities are amazing with excellent service. The hotel is located on a steep incline with lots of steps and hillu walks into Kintamanti so not recommended for someone with limited accessibility or pushchairs. We booked this hotel to do the Jeep Adventure to Mount Batur and it's a perfect location to relax and unwind away from the south madness. "
