"We stayed at KPMT for 7 nights - we loved it! The kelong room was beautifully presented and very clean and comfortable - we especially loved having two private decks with sunrise and sunset experiences. From Day 1 we were made to feel welcome when Tony the resort manager introduced himself and gave us useful tips for our stay. Every day was a lovely, relaxing experience - we were well looked after by the best reception team (led by Ikri), fed delicious and healthy meals by Aktar and Ian, greeted by lovely smiles and hellos from ALL the staff - all busy every day doing their tasks - from room cleans, to towels and water bottles, to gardening team and engineering to our friendly but very efficient night security - always felt safe! KPMT is only 1 year old and only getting better - if you need to truly unwind and relax, be fed delicious food, and be looked after and greeted by the loveliest staff surrounded by water and nature - you must visit KPMT! It is the beautiful water and environment that drew us to this resort - to all those that visit after us - remember why you love it, look after it, don’t throw your litter (use the many bins provided). We are looking forward to going back to see the whole team and the lovely water and kelongs - keep up the great work team - see you next time - Thankyou so much for a wonderful stay!"

"The hotel is very convenient to various locations(ferry terminal, markets,eateries,etc). Massage is a cab ride way.Hotel is comfortable, clean, and has all the necessary amenities , except refridgerator and safe box in room. Would recommend this hotel for a few days stay in Tanjung Pinang."

"The most hospitable and kindest hotel staff I’ve ever encountered. My family has been there twice and on the most recent trip, my toddler son fell sick. The hotel staff were so thoughtful and caring, sending a nurse to our room and accommodating requests for things like thermometers, ice for a fever pack, specially cooked congee etc. I am beyond grateful for their care and we can’t wait to return so we can enjoy the resort again. I also give top marks for their kids club and babysitters, as well as the quality of family friendly activities such as the free sea sport activities. The food at their Indonesian restaurant Rica Rica was consistently delicious - try their beef rending and satays. The Residence is truly a gem in Bintan!"

"Size of the property and their service. Only downside in the whole of bintan is too many mosquitoes."

"There are not much places to visit in the surrounding area. Even the small shopping area whereby only transport is via the resort & many shops were closed. 😓"

"Bintan Exotica provides a unique experience as it feels that you are getting a more real feel of Bintan from the coastline which is lined with mangrove plants to the rooms to the views of the fishing boats nearby. The food is also wonderful, particularly pleased to have a choice of Indonesian lunch and dinner options so a big thanks to the chef. But it is the staff who make the stay even more enjoyable with their smiles and all-round great customer service. I wanted to just chill and completely relax after a long flight from the UK and my time at Bintan Exotica allowed me to do that. "
