An exclusive place to enjoy peace and relaxation, with an environment to delight our senses, away from mass tourism, but at the same time close to everything.

A different space with an avant-garde design, harmonious with an exquisite decoration and all kinds of details that will undoubtedly not leave you indifferent.
Sea views, swimming pool and solarium for only four flats.
These beautiful spaces have been conceived to create new sensations for guests, who will be able to enjoy peace, tranquillity, security and privacy. They are part of the Casa Eden chain, which aims to create a new concept in holiday rentals, with harmony, design and privacy as its standards.

The swimming pool is communal for all four accommodations, and is heated to a maximum temperature of 24 degrees Celsius, this temperature is reached during the day. In the mornings it may not reach this temperature if it is a very cold day.
There is a washing machine and dryer room for communal use.

Perfect place
Perfect spot for myself and my wife to visit the north of Gran Canaria for a week. The studio apartment itself was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very functional and we were able to cook for ourselves with food from the local grocery store without any hassle. It's walking distance to a few local beaches - the two I'd mention are Playa del Hombre which is great for surfing, and Melenara which is better for sunbathing and restaurants. I would reccomend booking a rental car during your stay though so you can explore the rest of the island wit

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft, sie ist modern eingerichtet, in einer ruhigen Gegend und sehr gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet (Filterkaffeemaschine, Haartrockner, Toaster). Der Blick aus dem Fenster war direkt auf das Meer und den sauberen Swimmingpool gerichtet. Der Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Haus. Leider hatten wir täglich Probleme mit Stromausfällen, was einschränkend war, da wir z.B. gerade dabei waren, das Frühstück vorzubereiten und dann der Herd, der Toaster etc. nicht mehr funktionierte. Gustavo hat aber immer schnell reagiert, so dass das Problem schnell behoben wa

Die Unterkunft war großartig
Die Unterkunft war toll. Wir waren im oberen Stockwerk und es war schon ein bisschen spannend ohne Schlüssel rein zu kommen. Aber die Idee ist sehr cool, es mit dem Smartphone zu öffnen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Man muss schon sehr intim miteinander sein, wenn man Apartment No2 bucht. Eine Glaswand zwischen Dusche und Bett. Das Prinzip alles in einem Raum ist aber toll wenn man sich gut kennt. Die Toilettentür verhindert nur den optischen Faktor. Der Sonnenaufgang ist der Hammer. Eine tolle moderne Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen. Der Pool war auch riesig und sauber.

La ubicación. El apartamento está situado en una zona súper tranquila con vistas al mar. La playa más cercana a menos de 5 min andando, y el aeropuerto a 10 min en coche. Muy próximo a la autovía, lo que nos permitió poder movernos con facilidad y rapidez por la isla.La piscina, una gozada al llegar de la playa.

Eine schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit allem, was Sie brauchen. Sehr ruhige Lage in einer recht kleinen Siedlung. Es gibt keine Geschäfte oder Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung. Deshalb ist ein Auto sehr zu empfehlen. Auf der Straße sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden

Enjoyed our stay. The apartment was a nice design with use of a shared pool. Great for a few days. Glad we had use of a car for local amenities were a short drive away. Would certainly stay again. Host is very responsive with queries. Thank you for a great service.

Alles perfekt!
Saubere Unterkunft, genau so wie auf den Bildern und beschrieben. Sehr moderne Wohnung und gut ausgestattete Küche. Aus der Wohnungstür ist man direkt am Pool, den man sich mit drei anderen vermieteten airbnb-Wohnungen im Haus teilt. Ruhige Wohngegend, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus, viele große Supermarktketten ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Gute und klare Kommunikation im Vorfeld mit dem Gastgeber, sehr entspannter kontaktloser Check-In über elektronisches Türschloss. Alles wirkt sehr neu und luxuriös - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Prima appartement op rustige locatie.
Het appartement ligt op een rustige locatie. Genoeg (gratis) parkeerruimte in de straat. Wij zaten in het boven-appartement en hadden daarmee vanaf onze zeer comfortabele ligbedden een heerlijk uitzicht over zee. Het appartement is ruim en netjes.
