"Staff was friendly and professional. If you are a foreigner that speaks English almost every sign I saw was translated. The amenities were on every floor and were quite convenient. There is an Izakaya on the property that serves a complimentary mixed sashimi dish if you show a room key. The atmosphere of the hotel was very pleasant. As we do not drive a car we did a lot of walking and took local transportation whenever possible. If you happen to stay here there are some local attractions such as Pineapple park and Fruitsland which I recommend for the kids (we enjoyed it as well). Most of what we experienced was by walking. The hotel is pretty close to the beach and the view is stunning. We did a lot of exploring by foot and found ourselves at old town Nago which led us to discover many hidden treasures. This was a trip we will not forget. Thank you again to the staff at Phoenix Park Hotel for making our stay so enjoyable."

"I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff is very accommodating. Although it is necessary to know that water sports and othet appointment type things mostly need a prior booking which we didnt know. But we werent there long sp we just enjoyed the facility. Its an absolutely beautiful spot. The breakfast buffet is great, but for dinner i recommend going down the way. Ocean Boo was incredible, but the other spots near by smelled amazing too. Definitely some late night eats available nearby in a pinch."

"Great location right on the beach. Multiple dining options with either breakfast buffet or lunch buffet included. choice of dinner buffets available. Transportation to/from Naha airport available via Airport Limousine Bus or local bus (extra cost) - make sure to co-ordinate flights with bus schedules. Property is showing it's age a little but overall excellent value although a lot of recreational amenities are extra. "
