There are many attractions to explore like Chateau Rocher at 9 km, the medieval town of Montluçon at 34km, Clermonts-Ferrand at 50 km, and Vichy at 63 km. You can reach supermarket at 8 km and restaurant at 9 km. The nearby public swimming pool at 8 km is ideal for a dip. You can also reach the golf course in a short drive.

The holiday home has a spacious kitchen and a living-dining room with TV, wood stove, and seating area for a pleasant self-catering holiday. There is a relaxing massage shower in the bathroom. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das versprochene WLAN existiert überhaupt nicht! Nach 3 Tagen und endlosen Versuchen, gelang es den Key-Code einzugeben. Aber 0,00 % Internet!!! Die Küchenzeile ist irgendwo undicht, es läuft Wasser über den Fußboden! Als Folge ist der Geschirrschrank innen total verschimmelt! Eklig! Das war vor 2 Jahren schon so und nichts wurde repariert!

Gite soigné dans un environnement très agréable
Nous avons peu utilisé ce gite autrement que pour y dormir car nous venions pour visiter la famille ayant une résidence proche. Le gite a du caractère et se situe dans un cadre bucolique et bien entretenu. Dommage que deux inconvénients contribuent à diminuer l'agrément réel du gite : 1- la distribution des locaux qui oblige a aller du rez-de-chaussée (séjour et cuisine) à l'étage (chambre et sanitaires) par un escalier abrupt inutilisable ou dangereux pour un handicapé même légèrement; 2- l'éclairage parcimonieux et d'une conception compliquée qui privilégie l'ambiance à l'efficacité (un peu malvoyants s'abstenir), très insuffisant dans la partie cuisine (lampe de poche nécessaire pour utiliser certains appareils). Calme assuré et relative proximité de Saint-Eloy, petite ville bien desservie et point de départ à des ballades plaisantes.

Goede ontvangst door de Engelse eigenaars. Leuke vakantiewoning waarbij alle basis benodigdheden aanwezig zijn. De tuin is fenomenaal zoals alleen Engelsen dat kunnen. 2 hectare aan bewegingsvrijheid. Mooi en goed onderhouden. In de omgeving is veel te ontdekken, eigenlijk nog een onontdekte parel. Minpunten: het bed is niet gemaakt voor mensen langer dan 1.90 mtr. De D-weg achter het huis is druk en oppassen.
