"Business trip to Debrecen. Hotel is in excellent condition; polite staff, good English Finding entrance to garage is nightmare; like going thru a puzzle. Personnally, from the outside: a big concrete block ( horrible) chucked into a historic city center... bad decision from city leaders"

"The room cleaning service was terrible the front desk staff was helpful but gave the wrong information about parking I ended up have a ticket when asked about the coffee capsules in the room they said we only fill once on your arrival then you are on your own which is really not a 5 star standard ..."
