"This place was so clean, organized, modern but boho. It felt like what I think Bali should be! The beds were very comfortable. I liked the pillows, sheets, and blankets. The lay out of the room was great. The lockers !!! That was the best part. It fit both of my backpackers bags! That was such a plus! The toilets smelt little bit but closed the doors and it’s fine. There is a cafe attached to the hostel with great good at a good price. Went every day! Overall, I loved this place! Wish I had time...

"The staff told us it's fully book when we arrived the hostel in the middle of the night. We tried to call to make sure there's bed but nobody answered the phone and email. We have paid for 2 beds turned out he can't do anything and told us we were not his first guests to have double on that day. Wow! Unbelievable 😡"

"It's my worst hostel stay in bali. The only thing is cheap but it's not worth it at all (as it's so far from town & you can't walk, only by transport).. The bed is bad, bed frame is not attached to 1 of the bar (it's dangerous for upper deck.. Well good luck), mattress sink in, so uncomfortable! Most of all the pillow smell badly (I need to use my own towel to cover on) .. I don't understand how the guest can fall asleep? They must be really tired. Did I mention? They don't provide towel (rental...

"I had a lovely stay! One thing I might recommend, is making the opening times for the bar/breakfast area more visible, there were a few times when we checked for cocktails and it wasn't open. Other than that, 10/10 stay! Thank you very much! "

"There is a mosque near by with loudspeakers. The rooms are fairly soundproof between rooms, but the doors can be heard opening & closing at all hours as the 20-30 yr olds mingle. Bright stylish rooms but the old wood around the communal kitchen sink lets one know that maintenance isn’t a priority. The pool is in front and smaller than pictured. "Great resort for those with kids. Kids club and pools are staffed by friendly people who genuinely love interacting with the kids. Only downside is the distance from the beach - although only a 10-15min walk by adults, it’s challenging to walk with small kids on the busy roads which are shared by cars, scooters, motorcycles and pedestrians. "This is an older property a few blocks away from the main strip in Seminyak and about 30 minutes walk from the beach. The property is showing a bit of age but it is more like patina in this case. The villas them selves are very spacious with a large bedroom/bathroom area and then a spacious living, dining and kitchen area next to your own nicely sized private pool. "I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, and the friendly service staff made the experience even better. The décor was eclectic, with plenty of eye-catching details that added to the charm of the place. There was always something interesting to admire. The rooms were spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment, and I especially enjoyed the free tangerines. It was also interesting that they provided a pillow menu, allowing guests to choose the perfect pillow for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the abundance of comfortable seating around the hotel lobby, perfect for resting or reading a book. I was particularly looking forward to the free activities, but unfortunately, I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t participate this time. Hopefully, on my next visit, I’ll get to enjoy them! Overall, it was a great stay, and I would love to return."

"We have been going to Truntum Kuta ( Previously Grand Inna) for the past 10 years. From the Managers, Reception staff to the cleaners we have built a friendship as well as mutual respect. When you walk into into a hotel and you feel like its a second home and your name is always remembered, there is no better feeling. Even though we will stay at other hotels for the experience Truntum is always our favourite because the staff make it wonderful. So, for as long as we go to Bali, a Truntum stay is a must."
