"I get this a low rating not because we didn’t enjoy this day. We really did enjoy the stay. It needs a little more upkeep. The surrounding area is wonderful. It feels like it’s built into the side of the cliff. I’m sure it’s a day. It was an absolute five star but right now it needs a little care. The restaurant on the site said it was open. It wasn’t the front desk took us nearly 15 minutes to get someone to come to the door we requested a downstairs we got an upstairs. The person that checked...
