"We originally booked one double room and one family and we got transferred out of both of them. The double room had been just recently “fixed” but as we walked in the room smelled like sewage. The family room’s Ac did not work and they could not find another family room available so we had to stay in a double room. The worst part was the first night the hotel did not have electricity for about 3 hours at night, it was impossible to sleep with in rooms without ventilation and 90 degrees weather....

"Todo muy bien, servicio, atención, recibimiento, dos detalles solamente, para ponerle 100%. hay un perro (no se de quien sea) pero como todos los perros se les ocurre ladrar por la noche, me toco oirlo 2 de 3 noches que estuve. es necesario ir a pedir que limpien la habitacion, si no lo haces ellos no van... por todo lo demas, muy bien!!!"
