The house is air-conditioned with 3 reverse cycle units servicing the property. A washing machine and dryer are in the laundry which leads into the newly renovated bathroom.
The property has high ceilings, timber floors and 3 outdoor areas to relax on the expansive wrap around verandah where you can snooze in one of the 2 hammocks, curl up on one of the many couches to read a book or just find a quiet place to escape the day.
The lounge room has a comfy leather couch, a large screen LCD TV, DVD player, Apple TV (own login needed) and Sonos sound system. This modern, well appointed kitchen/indoor dining area is well equipped with all the utensils you could need as well as a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave.
