I must admit I was apprehensive about the location as the taxi took us through some pretty rundown looking streets, but don’t let this worry you after a days walking in Tbilisi this is just part of the city’s charm and development. Never felt unsafe in any of the areas we walked in. The location was very good, a 2 minute walk to shops, restaurants and travel companies, within easy walking distance of so many of Tbilisi’s sights. The hotel is fresh and new and is deservedly described as boutique, the room was comfortably furnished, not huge on space, but as we only really slept there this never became an issue. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Only BBC news in English on TV but again Tbilisi has more than enough things to do to keep you busy. The bed surprisingly was comfortable, no aches and pains after sleeping. Although we did have to put a T-shirt behind the headboard to prevent it knocking every time we moved, did disturb my sleep the first nights, this could be an easy fix. The bathroom, was small, which made the space the shower compact, which generally is ok, but drove my 6foot3 husband to distraction as he would fight with the shower curtain during every shower and towards the end of the vacation was beginning to annoy me. Would I stay here again, simply Yes
