Very good hotel and very friendly staff.
We spent several days at the hotel and I was very happy! The staff everywhere was very friendly!! The hotel is very well organised, has everything and I would recommend it mostly to families with young children. And probably we will once be there back again.

Cozy and relax
Tblisi Garden is a good place to stay in the city. Area is quiet and they have a nice backyard to relax. There’s a relaxing atmosphere in the villa. It is clean and they have enough food for breakfast.

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
This hotel is excellent. My room was very spacious, clean, and nicely furnished. Tiko, the receptionist at the hotel, was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. She even insisted on packing me a takeaway bag of breakfast items since I had to checkout prior to the start of breakfast service. Overall, I had a very nice stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to other travelers.

Although it is little away from main business centers of Tbilisi, but I like it. Very nice staff and helpful. I recommend specially for families.

There personalities is very bad, the owner was so angry why I made reservations through cheap tickets and not through them. Nasty attitude, ask too many questions about your business, they don’t come to clean the rooms was there 3 days had to ask them. They don’t smile and very rode. Could not wait to leave the so called hotel.

this is the place where you can call Home
I am usually lazy to type some words about experience. As they say happy customer never say a word because he is happy. But unhappy custy just waiting that chance to ruin somebody. The reason why I decided to say something it is because of Mrs.Lika the owner of hotel. First of all she Did exceed my expectation! And I am telling you she is the best because I am in customer service myself and I know what real good customer service is. Second, my personal opinion than Georgian hotel association has to bonus in somehow Mrs.Lika! Because those people make us love Georgia more and make us back to Georgia. Me shen uzomot mikvarxar Tbiliso!

【ジョージア旅行をご検討中の日本人へ】 内装・設備は豪華ではないですが、清潔で過ごしやすいです。バスタブはありませんがシャワーの水量も十分で、すぐに熱いお湯が出るのは嬉しかったです。 朝食は簡素ですが必要十分です。 スタッフは印象が良く、気持ち良い応対です。 ロケーションは空港から37番のバスに乗りDoesi Street(ドエシ ストリート)下車、徒歩５〜７分。メトロの駅までも徒歩５分程度です。タクシーでも30GEL前後。ホテル周辺は夜になると人通りも少なく心細く感じるかも知れません。治安は問題ないです。大きなスーパー等は周辺になく、メトロ駅近くのコンビニが便利。 メトロ駅徒歩圏内の一般住宅エリアという印象のロケーション。

Charming and relaxing Hotel
Very Nice and good hotel. The Staff is very helpful and friendly. Very good location if you dont have limited mobility, because the hotel is not in the center and you need to take the metro at 600 m to go next metro station. But its a good choice if you like a good atmosphere. Very good and helpful supermarket close. Breakfast excellent in the beautiful garden.
