"The stay itself was ok, but the problems started later. The hotel double charged me for my stay. I fully paid at the reception when checking in using their QR code system. However, 10 days later, they charged my credit card again for the full amount of the reservation. I tried to contact the hotel via the phone number provided. They never pick up the phone even though I was calling them around 10 times over the course of a few days. I contacted Expedia customer service, but they were unable to...

"Excellent value for money. Right on the doorstep of Liberty square. Walking distance to quite a few sightseeing, dining and shopping options. Room was itself spacious and clean with a sitting area. Staff were kind and helpful. However, it can be a little tricky to find the hotel as it’s in an hidden alley with no clear signage on the Main Street. I had to call them to get directions and the staff were super helpful in guiding me through. Bathroom seemed like it could use a renovation. "
