The apartment has ample space and was comfortable for the four of us.The only negative was the access to the stairs. It had rained the day of our arrival and the path to the stairs was a muddy mess. "The property was very clean and new. Location was excellent to access stores (food, lowes, walmart, etc) and to Cherokee lake. The shower pressure was great. Communication with the property manager was easy. We added an extra day without difficulty. Being able to bring your pet/dog was a plus considering boarding in a kennel was not an option for my wife."

"To begin with the oven wasn’t working and after many calls and a few hours we were able to get into the electric box to flip it on. The rental company does not provide cleaning supplies due to their policy because it is poison. That’s what the proper manager told us.
