The ambience is great, secluded, with a beautifully attended garden, good food, excellent wine and a nice little swimming pool. The owners are super friendly and attentive. "This property is beautiful and isolated, about 8 kms outside Ourzazate. It's set beautifully but star gazing might be the only thing that you could do around here in the evening. Staff is friendly and helpful. We did have 1 room that had heat issues (December time and heater didn't work) but they shifted us to a bigger room. Water was heated and the room heat was sufficient. Great beds and the comforters were thick and heavy keeping us warm. The staff got up early and served us breakfast before sunrise at 7:45 am as we were headed to Merzouga that morning."

"A modern, clean hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable with air conditioning and are accessed via a lift. The buffet breakfast that was included in the price was decent with a good variety of items. I didn’t get a chance to use the pool as it had been taken over by a large group that were staying at the hotel. I would definitely book this hotel again."
