"The riad is in a very convenient location and walkable to everywhere. The staffs are nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. WiFi worked well. However the hot water is not enough for two people to take shower. You have to wait at least half hour. "

"I had a great 3-night stay at Riad Fes Baraka. The location is excellent, with immediate access to the old medina, while still allowing for cars to pick you up and drop you off. The Riad itself has a lot of charm: lovely rooms with Moroccan architecture and furnishings, a rooftop terrace for relaxing, breakfast at mosaic tables around the central pool. "The staff was amazing. The receptionist Ikaram welcomed us with a cup of tea and invited us to wait in the garden. It was impressive to see how attentive she was with us while multitasking and helping other guests at the same time. She was so kind and responsive! The riad is in a great location — just a few minutes’ walk from the Blue Gate of the Medina. The area feels safe and quiet. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. "Excellent riad in the old city. Very friendly multilingual (Arabic, English and French) staff that can help with taxis and tours. Beautiful rooms with luxury touches (we had one on the top level with an open-air terrace and a wonderful view). The restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended for those wanting a very nice place in the old medina. "

"We had a wonderful experience at Riad Mayfez. It is absolutely beautiful (with wonderful views) with every detail is thought of. There are several areas to sit and enjoy the outside. The food is delicious. The staff are very hospitable and friendly, and tend to anything you may need. "We appreciated that the receptionist met us out on the street when we got out of the taxi and walked us to the riad. The AC and WIFI worked great in our room and we liked hanging out on the upstairs terace in the mornings and evenings. Breakfast is at 9 am and consisted of coffee and traditional bread products and toppings. We enjoyed out stay! "

"This was a fantastic Riad, it was like staying in a palace. We stayed in Seffarine which was a family suite. The breakfast was lovely and the sweet potato jam was our favourite! The riad was about a 10 minute walk to all the shops. We would stay here again for sure. "

"I arrived late at night trains were delayed. On arrival the system was down but every care was taken to accommodate me whilst they got things back up and running. Suhur was only served until 2 am and no hot drinks but reception staff could see how tired I was and made arrangements for suhur to be served at 3am with hot morrocan tea. It the little things that set apart great customer service. I was really happy and amazed at the service that an offered. . "
