Mostly enjoyed, a few hiccups
"We had a few encounters with rudeness from staff. The pillows were very uncomfortable and went flat straight away. My husband didn’t appreciate having to pay extra for parking. The hotel itself is very beautiful and decorated for Christmas. The room was very spacious and lovely."
