"We had a relaxing stay. Great restaurants and shops to wander thru. Lake is super clean. Only downside to our party of 4 older gals was steep steps with no handrail and bunkhouse with no bath which didn't work for us. Super clean and well stocked. Thank you Kristen! party of 4"

"This is the dirtiest property I have ever set foot it and I have stayed in many across the country. It was clear this cabin was barely opened in the spring for the season. Upon arrival, my wife and I spent time rinsing spiders and dead bugs from the kitchen, shower, and bathroom sink. There was a musty, dusty odor. Upon inspection, there were dead flies and bugs in all the window sills, which, could be forgiven, but then found the same in the bedsheets. The blinds did not work and were not...

"This location on Balsam Lake was great. The host was very good at communication. Cabin is right in the lake. Has a nice dock for a boat. And this Cabin is 5 minutes from downtown Balsam that has great bars, restaurants and a newer brewery. My wife and twin 13 year old kids had a great time. The cabin is well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils. We will stay again!"

"This is an amazing home. For us the location is ideal. We found enjoyable things to do in four nearby towns. We had a large extended family gathering to celebrate several anniversaries and birthdays. Florida, Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota were all represented. The hosts are some of the best we have ever encountered. Responsive with strong communication."
