"My stay for 2 nights was pretty good, and normally I go through 3rd party bookings in advance to arriving to the property. My only issue is that one of the staff members (Shavani) was a bit rude when calling to inform me about a nonpayment for the 2nd night, when in actuality, it was a small mistake on the staff's end.
