The Casa do Theatro is a colourful and cosy house and great for 2 adults with one, two toddlers.
It is surrounded by shady trees, has a separate bedroom with air conditioning with double bed and mosquito net.
And there is another double bed with mosquito protection in the colourful habitat as well as another sofa to relax.
All beds have mosquito nets and fans.
There is a separate toilet room with WC and bidet and a separate 'Moroccan shower room' in blue-turquoise colours.
Mosquito protection on the doors let air into the house.
Two terraces surround the house with sun loungers and a dining table placed under a pine tree, where the separate kitchen house, kept in turquoise colors, is adjacent to a barbecue area.
And there is an outdoor shower in the garden partition.Wonderful.
The nearby pool lead to bathe and unwind in.
Here one spends life in nature with its many different smells and colours. Be very welcome to enjoy life.
Quinta da Arte, the name of our little paradise, is a property with on 12 ha ground with four separate, privately located, individual holiday homes where each is a special feature and is located in the middle of a naturally grown park with art objects, surrounded by private gardens.
The property has a swimming pool, an open-air theatre with 120 seats, a dance studio, a boulevard and walks along which meet the curious explorer, sculptures and art objects.

In the upper and most private part of our site, lies the colourful and cozy house "Casa das Rochas," with its integrated rock landscape (Rochas means rocks in Portuguese) and thus became the namesake for the house.
Each house has its own private garden with terraces and sun loungers completely nestled in nature.
In the middle part of the grounds stands the main house with adjacent dance hall which can be rented on request.
In the lower part of the grounds stands the generously cut and all in white
Studio studio with integrated art objects and great views of the garden.
It is very suitable for 2 people but also for 2 adults and two toddlers.
In this house the guests particularly appreciate the width, the brightness and the free and open feeling of life that is conveyed to you.

Two large, open studio doors with fluttering white towels lead the guest over a wide open staircase into the garden part with sun loungers and the barbecue and dining area.
The view of nature and the evening sitting on the so-called Portuguese staircase is one of the beautiful evening experiences to enjoy here.
Another holiday home is the artistic
"Pavilhao da Arte," suitable for
2-3 persons or 2 adults with 1-2 smaller children or for 3 adults too.
With its beautiful bathroom is all in blue tones and which attracts with its large shower tub.
The house impresses our guests with the division and size, the many colour views and above all with its great, large outside bed with mosquito protection, in which entire families have already spent their summer nights and marvelled at the night starry sky.
The kitchen is located in an extra kitchen house in the back part of the garden right next to the eating and barbecue area.

Once arrived, our guests are often amazed at the even bigger, or even prettier of the accommodations than they got already and expected in the photos.
The holiday homes are gladly booked by families or several friendly families who then spend their holidays next to each other in the houses.
