"Due to the location of the resort, it is extremely difficult to communicate with anyone, either before arriving or while waiting for a boat to transport you back to the resort after spending a day away. Every adventure we chose to participate in was amazing and the resort employees who accompanied us provided exceptional service. Other than eating chicken every day and sometimes twice a day, the food was exceptional! We relaxed and that was what we were hoping to be able to do! Thank you!"

"The staff and their service were excellent. They were very friendly and helpful whenever l needed anything. My only complaint lies in the lack of facilities in the room itself. At $175 Au a night l expected at least a fridge, jug and toaster. I was bought a jug on request by a helpful staff member. But much cheaper places have provided the above plus cutlery and china, even microwave ovens. Really at that price l believe more should be on offer. This complaint is for the admin staff only.
