"We had a fantastic stay in Villa Encina. Situated on the edge of a town with all amenities close by, it is a spacious, modern villa with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. "Beautiful stone home, built in 1780, lots of need for improvement. We were four adults, arrival was scheduled for 4:30 on Sunday. The host postponed our check-in until 7 pm. No rationale and no apology provided. This was problematic as we were not able to get dinner or groceries – restaurants opened in town at 7 pm. "We rented both villas, both had everything that we could need. Villas are a little way from the larger supermarkets. Taxi' s were good. Car hire would be a must. Jospeh was fantastic with all our enquires before our stay and during. Maintenance team were very fast in responding when light bulbs needed changing. Pools were clean. Could not fault these villas."

"The house was very comfortable and exceptionally clean and well presented. We especially enjoyed the outside area and used it both during the day and evening. "Wir haben das Haus auf Fewo gemietet. Dann hat uns die Agentur (Catalunya Casas) mitgeteilt dass der Eigentümer schon eingezogen ist (für den Winter). Sie haben uns dann ein anderes Haus zum gleichen Preis angeboten. Dieses Haus war auch ganz schön aber unglaublich schmutzig. Da war seit Wochen/ Monaten nicht gereinigt worden. Die Agentur hat uns angeboten das Haus Mitte der Woche zu reinigen. Da wir Samstags angereist sind und der Dreck uns angewiedert hat, haben wir unseren Sontag damit...
