"The house it self and the rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen however is small in comparison. Garden is very big and usable. Location is good enough to access various places, but some amenities are a few min drive away. The house is right on a fairly busy road but it's not an issue with the windows closed. The pool, while very nice and clean, is quite cold and even in mid August we struggled to utilize it. Overall the property does the job, but for the money, I hoped for something better."

"Incredible location right on the lake and easy walk into Salo. A beautiful town with magnificent promenade and shop lined narrow streets. The villa is dated and in need of repair, however it does add to the charm of the place. We loved our stay and being a group of friends together was magical."

Everything was clean and the hosts offered to refresh towels and linens halfway through our stay (even though there are a washer and dryer available to us at the house). "We came into town for a friend’s wedding and stayed here with 8 people. It comfortably fit all of us and was both spacious and clean. Andrea the host was very accommodating and even left us some welcome snacks. The property was in great condition and the view of the lake and the island were terrific. We loved our stay here and if we ever returned to lake garda we would definitely stay again."

Die Schlüsselübergabe mit Fabrizio war auch super, wir haben sogar einen leckeren Hauswein zum probieren bekommen.Unserer Tochter hat der Pool besonders gut gefallen. Salò ist ca.20-30 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt, Sirmione ca. 45 Minuten. Wir kommen wieder !! Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft !!"

"The place was clean and the heating worked properly. Most of the beds are very uncomfortable opening sofa beds. The place is managed by an agency and not by the owner. You need to get the keys from the agents office which is half an hour drive away. The agent did not know the villa very well, thus could not give accurate information. There is no parking at the villa but there is parking at a nearby street."
