Our crystal clear canal is full of life - Manatees, Sea Turtles, Dolphins, Tarpon and much more. Great dockage for up to 36' boat - just minutes from world-class fishing and scuba diving spots. Beautiful front deck view. Nice open kitchen/living with a nice view of the canal, and large pantry. Spacious downstairs with space for relaxing and parking vehicles. Located in historic Islamorada minutes from art district, breweries, boutiques, shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and more! We are offering a rate of $5,500 for 28 day rentals and a nightly rate of $249 for a minimum of 7 nights.
