"Excellent value in stunning location with wonderful view.Very friendly and hospitable owners. Helps to have a car-twenty minute walk to beach and need to drive to eat elsewhere. A pity that garden was not made more of-needs a tidy and perhaps some chairs/tables?"

"Recommended for me by friends. Very comfortable and a warm and helpful receptio, which was welcome after a transatlantic flight. Staff were fluent in English. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and with a good but not overwhelming Greekpresence"

"location is amazing; recommended it to all families with kids; clean and food was fairly good; we had a situation with our room( we did not get the room we booked & we had issues with the handle of the door a couple of days in a row)but at the end of the stay we payed fairly; they tried their best to compensate the mistake; "

Tek olumsuz yanı odadaki tuvaletin kapısının olmaması :) Mekanın iskeleden denize girilen ayrı bir platformunun olması çok hoş, denizi gerçekten çok temiz ve berrak. Bir akşam kendi restoranlarında yemek yedik, mezelerden ve balıktan gayet memnun kaldık, fiyatları da makul bulduk. İşletmeci Adnan bey ve diğer çalışanlar gayet ilgiliydi. "The property is relatively new, well maintained and clean. It opens on the Gera Bay and close to couple beaches on the bay. It is not too far from Plomari town and beaches and just 20 mins away from Mitillini. Sofia was a great host. She gave us a tour of the amenities and made sure to give us some local tips and leave us with a small gift. Recommend the place for anyone looking for a relaxed vacation with family."

"I used it as a base for a bird watching holiday. Set in countryside, you can walk out of the bungalow and straight into it. Easy access to the main road 600 metres if you hire a car, 2.5km to the village shops and tavernas"

"We found this property to be dirty, with filthy mattresses and a lizard infestation in both our rooms. Although a couple of staff members were friendly and helpful, the owners of the property however were very rude and dismissed our concerns. Absolutely ruined our holiday and would definitely not stay there again. The worst hotel experience we have ever had."

"The hotel was a bit dated but the AC works and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It seems very popular with Germans as all of the books in the free library were German🤓 Great hotel for the price, would definitely recommend. "

"Staff was friendly especially Maria went out of her way to assist. The place was having some renovations done new sensor lighting and furniture cabinet upgrades. All in all the stay was pleasant and comfortable."
