"We were 9 and had a great week at this villa. The pool area and pool house is where we hung out most of the time. Close to many beaches and Tropea. I would recommend for a large group that wants to relax and enjoy the Calabria weather by the pool. The communication with Francesca and Mimmo was great, very responsive when we called."

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, tanto spazio sia all'interno che all'esterno. Il clima a Luglio è stato ottimo, sempre con brezza, e la casa si mantiene discretamente fresca e quando necessario è dotata di climatizzazione. "This holiday home is great for a couple or small family. Ideally located near the old part of town and also a small beach it has a large, safe outdoor area and a spacious lounge/living area. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Though old it has character and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot by the sea. "

"The property was not what had shown to be , very small for a group of 15 people and the bedroom and bathroom in some of the rooms you can hardly fit in the showers , very small indeed, the swimming pool was amazing they all enjoyed themselves in pool, the view was beautiful some days and some days you couldn’t see anything because of the smog , the whole house was too small altogether"

"Very large. It is very rare to find a villa with 3 bathrooms. Our host Antonio was fantastic. He drove us to the Port and made sure we were all set to go on our cruise. You will definitely need to have a car. The villa is tucked away. Very private. Definitely not in a tourist area. The host was very accommodating."
