Perfect and convenient.
I wasn't to confident with the reservation as I hadnt heard from batchcare about the address and a few other queries. But thanks to the owner and Homeaway who pulled through in at the last minute I was able to relax. The Batch is beautiful, location is prime easily accessable to the Mount and Tauranga. The beach on your doorstep and the deck just made everything. Thank you so much for making my weekend.

Very Old but clean and affordable.
We booked for 5 but one of my 15 year old son's couldn't make it, which was just as well as he would have had to share the bottom bunk with his twin in a very small room. I was very small and the previous stay had not washed the pots properly. Would be better without the pillows and duvets as there was no where to put them out of the way to use your own. The bach is just holding together but it was clean, functional and a good price.

not worth for the cost, place in bad shape
The title of the bach should put in capital letters "Old". Old is OK but this bach is past that. It is simply falling apart and I find this is a lack of respect to rent this place without putting some effort into repairing it. Yes there is what is required to sleep and eat, and the location is very close to the beach, but that, with the large deck, should not be the only value of the rental cost. Most windows are broken, the curtain is the bedroom is moldy, some electric plugs are not working, and there is junk under the house which makes a hazard to get to the key lock.

Gorgeous kiwi bach. Has everything you could need for a wonderful stay. Short walk to the beach, shops, takeaways. Comfy beds and super powered shower!! We loved it!!! Thank you :-)

The location in relation to beach, shops, etc was great. Unfortunately it is located on a very busy main road and being an older house the soundproofing is non-existing. The large deck was well used :) It is as stated....an old small bach. so don't expect much. However it was perfect for my budget and needs.

Great location, close to beach.
Great location, close to beach. Dairy and takeaways close and large shopping centre a short drive away. Nice deck and bbq table and Fridge freezer a decent size. It is a basic bach but that's exactly what we wanted and this was reflected in the competitive price.

This is a classic little kiwi bach and is perfect for 4 or less.
This is a classic little kiwi bach and is perfect for 4 or less. We had terrible luck with the weather and 5 was just a bit too many in a small space. The place is awesome when the sun is shining and you can make full use of the deck and yard, beach is so close you can hear it.

Traditional Kiwi Bach!
Traditional Kiwi Bach! The deck is the winner here - great set up with the furniture and free standing umbrella - makes for relaxing afternoons on the deck after a morning at the beach. The bach has everything you will need for a easy no fuss holiday.
