"Starting to need a little TLC. The hot tub lid is broken. There are missing dimmer switches and screws out of wardrobe door handles. In the games room the perspex glass on the side of the pool table was smashed and no ends on the queues. The dartboard wasnt fixed on the wall properly and not all the players work properly on the football table. Also had to rewire the karaoke plug. None of this ruined our stay as its a beautiful property with stunning views."

"We stayed here for a big family birthday long weekend celebration. The house was immaculately finished and really well equipped. We spent a long time looking for somewhere that had a dining table big enough to seat 16+ people together and this was perfect. There are several living spaces for everyone to spread out as well as outside seating when the weather is nice. Lots of parking and beautiful surrounding countryside. Communication with Bridget was seamless. Highly recommend this property."

Well equipped farmhouse kitchen with a large dining table, many characterful and gorgeously appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. "Vine Cottage is a large, spacious, property, ideal for our family group of seven adults. With two lounges, we never felt like we were tripping over each other. It's in a beautiful location situated in the vineyard itself. The kitchen/dining room is stunning, and made for family get togethers. However, the description in the listing needs to have more information. First of all, THERE IS NOT A MICROWAVE! It never entered our heads that there wouldn't be one at the property, but there wasn't....

All the bedrooms have their own touch of style and class, and all are very attractive and very comfortable. Bathrooms galore! Character and cute little cubby holes everywhere. "We didn't receive our check in details, so had a panicked few minutes when we arrived and couldn't get in. Soon resolved. The lodge is very remote along a narrow, twisty, well used road. Lovely views, hot tub was fab, as were the views You could take bikes as a mile or so is access to the Strawberry line, an off road cycle path. Road quite hazardous though so not suitable for small children on bikes.Nice dog walk as cows not out and it was dry.Swimming pool looked nice but was out of season, so...

"We had a brilliant 3 night stay at this property which is in a lovely setting just outside Axminster. The layout is perfect with comfortable & quality furnishings throughout. The kitchen is well equipped too with dishwasher & washing machine! Also outside there is a lovely terrace area with BBQ & small garden with lovely views. Highly recommend."
