"The property was excellent overall and offered excellent value. The one thing I did not like was the indigent people hanging out right outside the property who were smelly, smoked and sometimes made bad comments. They weren't too bad but they should not have been there."

"All the reviews you have read are true. This place is paradise. Wow. You won’t want to ever leave. The front yard has snorkeling and kayaking and unbelievable night stars. Great rooms, all the cooking equipment you want and across from the grocery store and all the shopping. However, you will never know it, super quiet and can’t hear anything but the ocean. "We had a short layover in Tahiti for 3 days following our cruise on the Aranui and I chose this property up in the mountains for its location and privacy. We weren’t disappointed. It is somewhat challenging to drive to and you definitely need a car, a manual one is better. The properity was just as beautiful as advertised but unfortunately they are doing road construction down below it so there was some construction noise during the day but it really didn’t bother us that much. "This was our second time staying at this property in as many years! It's a great layout, nice big terrace. The owners, Jerôme and Corinne, are wonderful! They are close, so any questions or problems can/will be dealt with immediately. The apartment is close to great beaches, it's quiet and just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Papeete. We'll definitely go back again!"
