"A little tricky getting out into traffic as right on the intersection of a busy road at rush hour times even on a saturday. But friendly staff, clean and fresh room. When we got back to our room someone else had taken our park in front of our room, however we could still park in the hotel gounds. All in all great place to stay"

"We stayed one night after coming across on the ferry. The room was fine with all modern features and a nice view of the harbor. Bed mattress could use upgrading to pillow top style. This property is on a moderately steep hill so the flat parking areas are limited on the property. The rooms are also on different levels on the hill accessed by stairs. Access to rooms might be a challenge for the elderly "

"Although somewhat dated, the property was good and had all the necessary facilities. It was a shame that the kitchen was dirty and needed a good clean. Otherwise the property would have been great. However the Supervisor was very apologetic and upgraded us to better and cleaner accommodation at no extra cost. We were very grateful and in turn had an awesome stay! "

"Wrights by the Sea Deluxe studio was very clean and tidy. Had lots of space and large kitchen space. We had booked the room for a couple for the night but after seeing the room we could absolutely fit the 3 children next time we come back. We would book again. Happy with our stay, easy communication, clean and close to Kapiti shops and park."
