"Absolutely amazing experience. The room had a Onsen bath on the balcony overlooking the lake. The service included dinner and breakfast in a private room with amazing local food and a lovely waitress who spoke decent English and explained every dish to us. "We are the repeaters. This the rare co-ed onsen which allows you to go in with your friends and family. The onsen was filled with milky warm water so that you can stay in long hours and enjoy other people's company. Very relaxing environment surrounded by mountains. The food was omakase and very good. We enjoyed all of the local cuisine items with great beer and sake. "

"今回、8月12日身内に不幸ごとがあり、その3週間前から.危険な状態が続いていたので、7月末にキャンセルをしました。しかし、私のキャンセルのし忘れだったホテルがあったみたいで、ご迷惑をかけました。別のホテルは、こちらの状態を聞いていただき、本当にかかった経費だけの請求でしたが、こちらのホテルは、宿泊予定だった翌日のしかも朝の7時過ぎに電話一本で無愛想に連絡があり、こちらの状態も確認せず、全額払とてほしいとのことでした。年配の責任者でしたが、サービス業とは思えない対応と心配りに欠ける責任者でした。全額振込みましたが。もう二度と予約はしないです。"
