"Loved staying at Mohua Motels. The staff are all friendly and super attentive at making sure the rooms are presented well, kept up to standard, and ready for guests. The rooms were spotless, and the bed was comfortable. The complimentary toilettries are of high quality, and there are large bottles of shampoo/shower gel in the shower. The room I booked had a small kitchenette with a 2 ring hob and a microwave - perfect if you fancy a simple night in on the balcony. There is easy parking outside the rooms. Location is good, and being on the edge of town means it's convenient to walk for evening dining. I also noticed there was a guest laundry but I didn't need to use it. Overall a great place to stay and wouldn't hesitate to book here again. "

"This was our 5th stay at Kimi Ora and it never fails to disappoint.Staff are lovely and we had a beautifully refurbished room with a stunning view.We would really love to keep it to ourselves but it is too good not to share.Love the estuary walk down to the beach and enjoy the widlife along the way. "If you like rustic charm then this could be the place for you. The cabin had a lot of natural grain wood finish if that's your thing, natural quiet surroundings, horses and an outdoor pizza oven. The owner is very friendly and check out times are very relaxed. Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area."

"Was clean. Had good amenities and extras like blackout curtains, thermostat controlled panel heaters, etc But, would be nice to have a doormat. I felt awful that sand from my slippers got on the carpet, even if I take off at the door."
