"Very nice stay in a well-connected part of Berlin, very friendly staff who even upgraded me to the ensuite room (even the guys remodeling the lounge were really friendly when I accidentally wound up there), and convenient breakfast location. If I had any things to make people aware of beforehand, it's that I didn't see a lift, so be ready to climb stairs particularly if you're on one of the higher floors."

"The hotel is overpriced. Looked better online than it really is. Still a great hotel, though. Clean and comfortable. The gym is not good, very basic and lacks weights. Same as the sauna - it wasn't even working most of the days I stayed there. The phone in the room wasn't working, so I couldn't call the receptionist anytime. The breakfast is VERY average and super overpriced, it also looked much better online than it truly is. The area though is amazing, very central and easy to get around. "
